Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering. By doing so, you agree to be bound by them. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions, please do not place an order.

All cleanses sold by Juice Master Delivered are produced, packaged and fulfilled by The Juice Executive Limited.

HEALTH

We highly advise consulting with a medical professional before embarking on any nutritional program. Juice Master Delivered cleanses may not suit everyone, so please check with your GP before starting. Juice Master Delivered cleanses are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you are currently on medication or have a medical condition or allergy, please consult your doctor before starting. If you choose to continue, you do so at your own risk.

All juices are unpasteurised.

You are responsible for checking the labelling and nutritional information available on our website to ensure that Products do not contain a relevant allergen to you, such as celery.

If you become unwell or experience any severe symptoms or symptoms you are concerned about, please stop the cleanse immediately and consult your GP immediately.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Our website is only intended for use by people in the United Kingdom. We do not accept and cannot deliver orders outside of the UK.

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are a resident of the UK

PLACING AN ORDER

After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that it has been received. Please note that an order has not been accepted until payment has cleared through our system. We will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the Product has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse your purchase at any time but will provide our reasons for this commercial decision via the email address you have provided.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Product or refund any money taken. This might be because the Product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified in your original order. This list is not limited to these suggestions.

DISCOUNTS

We may offer promotional discounts from time to time. Discounts will only be valid during the promotional period stated. We reserve the right to withdraw any discount or offer for any reason at any time.

THE PRODUCTS

Each Product is sold as described. Products cannot be amended or switched out.

Please ensure you read each Product’s ingredients before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste or a recipe’s ingredients and/or ratios.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (by the person who placed the order) at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. For example, if your delivery is set for Friday, you should cancel your order by Wednesday. Refunds will be processed accordingly upon cancellation. Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations within 48 hours of the delivery time due to the nature of our operations.

Due to the nature of the Product once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

DELIVERY

All orders will be subject to a delivery charge, which will be indicated to you during the order process prior to payment.

We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or Bank Holidays.

All of our Products are shipped via DPD. To amend your delivery once dispatched, you must contact DPD directly.

If an event outside our control delays the delivery of the Products, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. You must contact us within 24 hours if you experience any delivery issues, and we will do all we can to resolve your query.

You don’t need to be in to receive your order. As long as it remains packaged and sealed, it will stay frozen until the evening of the specified delivery date.

After placing your order, DPD will text and/or email you directly, allowing you to set your delivery preferences. It is your responsibility to provide DPD with clear delivery instructions and a designated safe place.  Due to the nature of our Products, they cannot be returned to the depot if you are not in to receive them.

If you are unavailable to receive your order, and if no leave-safe instructions are specified or inadequate instructions are provided, the driver may use their discretion to leave the Product in what they consider a safe place.

Delivery will be completed when DPD delivers the Products to your provided address. Once the delivery is completed, the risk of any damage, theft or loss of the Product will be with the customer. Juice Master Delivered will not be held liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur after the delivery is completed. However, we may offer a refund or other compensation at our discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for any changes to delivery made by the customer directly with the courier. We have no control over the delivery after this point and, therefore, will not accept responsibility for the Products if they perish or become damaged or similar.

DELAYS

Juice Master Delivered shall use their reasonable endeavours to meet any time agreed for the delivery date. We will not be responsible for delays outside our control. If an event outside our control delays our delivery of the Products, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not yet received.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is incorrect or has defects or problems, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery and provide full details (with photos, if applicable ). Failure to do so may result in us being unable to offer a refund or replacement for your purchase. You must keep all packaging so we can identify the Product by its batch code. We may arrange to collect the relevant items to investigate (or request that you return them to us). In this instance, no replacements or refunds will be issued until these goods have been received and investigated.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices shown include VAT at the current rate where applicable. The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site.

Product prices and delivery charges can change anytime, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

We accept payment of major credit & debit cards via a secure authentication method through our website.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of our obligations under a Contract caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our site, whether registered or unregistered and in the material published on it. Copyright laws protect these works, and all such rights are reserved.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and our system’s capabilities.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use the personal information you provide to us:

  • (a) to supply the Products to you;
  • (b) to process your payment for the Products
  • (c) If you agree to this during the order process, we will inform you about similar Products, but you may stop receiving these communications at any time by contacting us

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE JMD LOYALTY PROGRAM

By joining Juice Master Delivered’s Juice Club, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility

    You must be a resident of the UK and at least 18 years of age.
  2. How to Join

    Sign up for free on our website.
  3. Earning Loyalty Points
    Members will earn points on all eligible purchases made online or by phone. The following outlines how Points can be earned:
    • 70 Points for every 7-Day Juice Cleanse purchase.
    • 50 Points for every 5-Day Juice Cleanse purchase.
    • 30 Points for every 3-Day Juice Cleanse purchase.
    • 20 Points for every 30-Day Shot Box purchase.
    • 20 Points for joining.
    • 20 Points for your first order.
    • 20 Points on your birthday. Points will be automatically credited to your account on the date provided.
    • 10 Points for following Juice Master Delivered on Instagram (only via the link in your Juice Master Delivered account area.)
    • 10 Points if you refer a friend (using the referral link in your account area)  who goes on to make a purchase. To be eligible, the referred friend must be a new customer and not linked to the same household as the referrer; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
    • Bonus Points during exclusive points promotions.
  4. Redeeming Points

    Points accumulated in your account can be redeemed as follows 
    • 50 Points: FREE UK Delivery.
    • 200 Points: FREE 30-Day Shot Box.
    • 300 Points: FREE 3-Day Juice Cleanse.
    • 500 Points: FREE 5-Day Juice Cleanse.
    • 700 Points: FREE 7-Day Juice Cleanse.
    • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
    • Products redeemed with loyalty Points are non-refundable.
  5. Expiration of Points

    There is no expiry on your Juice Club Points. They’re valid as long as you have them!
  6. Cancelling your MembershipWe’d hate to see you go. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, contact our customer service team by calling 0345 299 7111 or email info@juicemasterdelivered.com. Please allow 7 working days for your request to be processed. Once your membership is cancelled, any unused points or rewards in your account will be forfeited. 
  7. Program Changes and Termination

    Juice Master Delivered reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Juice Master Delivered Juice Club at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Changes may include alterations to how Points are earned, the rewards available, or the expiration policy. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
  8. Account Management

    Members are responsible for keeping their account information, including their contact details, up to date. Juice Master Delivered is not responsible for any missed rewards or Points due to incorrect or outdated information.
  9. Fraudulent Activities

    Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using unauthorised means to earn or redeem Points, may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any accumulated Points.

    Arrival Transfers: Available from approximately 12:00 noon to 8:45 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival.
    Departure Transfers: Available from 3:30 a.m. on the Saturday of departure (suitable for flights departing from Lisbon airport from 7:00 a.m. onwards) and continue until 4:30 p.m.
    Transfers outside of these times or from/to alternative airports are not included; the winner and guest will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of private transfers.
  6. Unused group transfers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or credited toward other products or services.
  7. Flights are not included. 
  8. The prize covers accommodation in a DIVINE or ECO POD room (excludes Super Pods). If a DIVINE room or ECO POD is unavailable, the winner may choose between a BUBBLICIOUS BALCONETTE or VIEWLESS room. No refunds, credits, or alternative compensation will be provided for room substitutions.
  9. The prize must be booked within 1 month of claiming and used within 12 months. No extensions will be granted.
  10. No cash or product alternatives will be offered for unused portions of the prize.
