Move tomorrowโs juices into the fridge to defrost. This can take 12-24 hours.
Juices not fully defrosted? Place in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes.

Best on the market, organic and delicious whatโs not to love. I try and do one week a month to help me lose weight, be healthy on the inside and to try and help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure instead of taking the statins. I donโt want them but have accepted the blood pressure reduction pills for now.
